Guadalupe provides assistance in the development of inputs that help the private clients understand, not only local environment and government relations of Argentina, but also the dynamics of the international trade.

She is now teaching assistant in the University of San Andrés of the course State, Bureaucracy and Government, in charge of Lorena Moscovich.

Before joining Quipu, she worked in the Area of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies at CIPPEC (Center for the Implementation of Public for Equity and Growth) where she carried out research tasks and co-authored the paper entitled La creation of the Federal Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies: a debt.

Guadalupe holds a degree in Political Science and in International Relations from the University of San Andrés (2021) where she has been awarded with the scholarship Abanderados Argentinos.
