
Nicolás is a public affairs and policy professional with over 15 years of experience across government, multilateral organizations, and electoral campaigns. He designs advocacy strategies, builds coalitions, and manages regulatory and reputation risk to deliver concrete results.
Before joining Quipu, he served as Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Buenos Aires´s Advisor Office and as Chief of Staff at the City’s Secretariat of Transport, co-leading a 4,000-person agency and overseeing strategy, budgeting, and crisis response. Earlier, he advised in Argentina’s National Congress (Budget and Foreign Affairs committees) and worked on presidential and local electoral campaigns, as well as with international organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
He holds a BA in Political Science (University of Buenos Aires), a Master’s in International Relations and Security (Sciences Po Toulouse), a dual PhD in Political and Social Sciences (University of Buenos Aires / University of Strasbourg), and is currently completing a Master’s in Political Management (George Washington University).
