We negotiate and advise on market access issues, such as tariffs, non-tariff barriers and technical regulations, and rules of origin, as well as issues related to intellectual property, government procurement, customs and trade facilitation, trade in services, and e-commerce; and more in general, free trade agreements and trade negotiation strategies.

We undertake regulatory compliance, address licenses and certifications, and customs issues and provide implementation services for trade agreements.

We support our clients to develop international markets through strategic planning, market intelligence, connecting with global partners, facilitating access to finance, and enhancing penetration in competitive markets.

We produce tailored-made market studies and analysis to help our clients understand, adapt to, and thrive in new and changing markets.

We carry out economic and regulatory impact assessments on international operations produced by trade policy changes to adjust our clients’ business strategies and maximize benefits.

We focus on legal and policy issues raised by cross-border transactions, trade remedy litigation, including antidumping proceedings, and international cases under the dispute settlement provisions in bilateral and regional free trade agreements and investment treaties.

We help our clients to structure, land, expand and transform their investments to maximize business opportunities.
