Provide strategic advice and local support to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business organization, on policy advocacy and business development in Argentina through the U.S. – Argentina Business Council (USABC).

Provide comprehensive advisory services to one of the world’s largest petrochemical companies for its public affairs and government relations in the Southern Cone, regularly conducting policy analysis and supporting the company’s advocacy actions on multiple issues ranging from the trade and capital controls to climate change and sustainability. We successfully supported our client in managing a major crisis, triggered by a government attempt to nationalize one of its plants, which eventually resulted in an amicable solution.

Supported a global renewable energy company in a dispute with the Argentine government, which involved the design of a comprehensive strategy, mobilization of stakeholders, media and public communications, and technical assistance during the negotiations, which resulted in an amicable settlement by which the company’s liabilities were reduced in US$ 35,000,000.

Deliver strategic counsel, carry out regulatory monitoring, and help shape policy advocacy strategy in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru for a world leading credit card company. We recently helped the company avoid Central Bank regulations that would have crippled the company’s business growth in Costa Rica.

Successfully advocated on behalf of a private sector association of technology companies and secured the inclusion of critical provisions in the regulation implementing a tax incentive regime. These provisions allowed all companies in the sector to apply for these incentives. which includes a tax credit of 30% of social security contributions.
