
Ana serves as an Account Manager, working with clients in the financial services, petrochemical, and mining sectors. Before joining the firm, she was Senior Legal Adviser to the Board of Directors of Banco de la Nación Argentina, where she developed regulatory and legislative proposals in the financial sector and supported senior management in strategic decision-making.
She has extensive experience in the public sector and with international organizations. In Argentina, she worked as an adviser at the Secretariat for Provinces within the Ministry of the Interior, focusing on fiscal matters and on designing programs to strengthen provincial governments’ management. She was also an external legal consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, contributing to the development of sustainability frameworks and financial governance, and participated in initiatives of the Ministry of Justice aimed at improving access to justice.
Internationally, Ana was an African Studies Fellow at Namibia’s Ministry of Justice, providing legal assistance on projects related to inclusive economic empowerment, human rights, and transitional justice. She also served as a Fellow at the Organization of American States, collaborating with the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Social Inclusion.
In academia, she teaches at the University of Buenos Aires and at Universidad de San Andrés, delivering courses on constitutional law, fundamental rights, and political theory.
Ana holds a Law degree (Magna Cum Laude) with a concentration in Public Law from Universidad de San Andrés. She earned an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at the University of Michigan as a Fulbright and Hugo Grotius Scholar, and she is currently a Master’s candidate in Applied Economics at the Catholic University of Argentina.
