
Clara specializes in government affairs and international relations. She provides strategic advice and analysis on regulatory frameworks, public policies, and advocacy, drawing on her legislative and public sector experience.
Before joining Quipu, Clara worked for five years in Argentina’s national public administration: she served as a legislative adviser in the National Senate, was part of the advisory team of the Minister of Productive Development, and worked in the Subsecretariat of International Strategic Affairs at the Presidency of the Nation. In the private sector, she gained experience at several firms specializing in legislative monitoring, public affairs, and strategic communications.
Clara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). In 2017, she participated in an exchange program at Jilin University in Changchun, China. She also completed an executive program on China at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and a specialization in Contemporary China at the National University of Lanús (UNLA). She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in International Politics and Economics at Universidad de San Andrés (UdeSA).
