Milagros provides regulatory monitoring and legal support in projects across the financial, technology, and consumer goods sectors, among others.

She is an advanced Law student at the University of Buenos Aires, specializing in Public International Law, and serves as a Teaching Assistant in the courses State Theory and Constitutional Law. She is also part of the Faculty of Law’s Science and Technology project “Democracy, Polarization, and ICT: Levels of Digital Platform Regulation.”

In 2024, she was a semifinalist in the 4th Regional Moot Court on International Humanitarian Law. In 2025, she was a member of the team representing the University of Buenos Aires at the 2025 National Model United Nations, held at the UN General Assembly. She is currently part of the UBA team that will represent the School of Law in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2026.
