
Javier provides legal analysis support on domestic and international regulations, as well as on international law discussions in sectors such as trade, environment, and health, among others.
Prior to joining Quipu, Javier interned at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, where he contributed to research on universal health coverage in Africa and international health law. He also volunteered at the Regional Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), assisting in research and reporting on access to rights for displaced populations in Argentina.
Javier currently serves as teaching assistant in Torts and Insurance, Public International Law (taught in English), and Moral Philosophy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). He is also coordinator of the Revista Argentina de Teoría Jurídica, the university’s flagship law journal. In 2025, he was part of the UTDT team that won the national rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, representing Argentina in Washington, D.C.
Javier is a fifth-year law student at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
