
Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where she graduated with honours. She completed specializations in Political Communication, International Politics, and an Executive Program on the European Union (UCA – Konrad Adenauer Foundation).
Previously, she worked as a Communications and Institutional Relations Analyst at an organization focused on SME research and development, where she managed strategic partnerships, organized institutional events, and oversaw institutional communications. Within the same organization, she coordinated an International Public Policy Observatory dedicated to mapping initiatives for business development and monitoring the local political and economic agenda.
In the academic field, she collaborated with the Center for International Policy Studies and the Pulsar Observatory, both at the University of Buenos Aires, as well as with the Argentine Council for International Relations and Directorio Legislativo.
