Francisco Mango

Francisco leads all aspects of macro and micro economic research and analysis at the firm, where he works with companies, governments, and international organizations. His expertise delves into trade, global value chains and production networks, economic policy, and impact analysis.

Before joining Quipu, Francisco served as Director of International Trade Negotiations at the Ministry of Production of Argentina and was formerly a trade policy advisor. Previously he worked as an economic researcher at the Center for International Economy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and earlier as market analyst at a top global data and market research firm where he gained ample experience in the food and beverage industry.

Francisco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s degree in International Relations from FLACSO, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University while completing a PhD program at Di Tella University.
