She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Public Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Guadalupe has a solid background in public affairs, data analysis, and policy evaluation. Her professional experience spans academic research, political communication, and consulting. In the legislative field, she worked with provincial lawmakers on drafting speeches, bills, and institutional communication strategies, fostering engagement with various public sector stakeholders. In consulting, she contributed to the design and coordination of projects aimed at strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors, supporting the formulation of tailored proposals.
In academia, she served as a Research Assistant at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where she conducted literature reviews, tracked and digitized official bulletins, produced research materials, built and analyzed datasets, and provided methodological support for academic publications.
