Hernán specializes in political communication and international relations. He provides advice and analysis on public policy, regulatory affairs and advocacy strategies.
Prior to joining Quipu, Hernán worked for 5 years at the Undersecretariat for International Relations of the Buenos Aires City Government. There, he coordinated the team in charge of the Mayor’s foreign policy agenda and led projects to position the city in United States, China, Europe, and Latin America. Previously, he worked as content manager of an NGO dedicated to public policy analysis, and as market researcher.
Hernán received a BA in Political Sciences from Buenos Aires University (UBA). He has been a Delegate of Argentina at the Yenching Global Symposium of Peking University (2021). He is currently an assistant professor of Public Opinion at the University of Buenos Aires and is pursuing a Master’s in International Politics and Economics at University of San Andrés (UDESA).
