Joaquín specializes in strategic analysis, public policy, and legislative affairs. He leads research on political analysis and public policy, and provides strategic advice on institutional dynamics, regulation, and the political environment.
Before joining Quipu, he worked at the Argentine National Congress, where he served for two years as a legislative advisor. There, he contributed to parliamentary monitoring, bill drafting, and political-institutional analysis of initiatives related to different areas of public policy. His background also includes hands-on political experience in managing electoral campaigns in Greater Buenos Aires, giving him direct insight into territorial and electoral dynamics.
Joaquín holds a BA in Political Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Analysis at CIAS. He also teaches History of American Politics and Introduction to Political Science at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
