Lucas leads the regulatory monitoring team, providing legal support and regulatory advice on public policy matters.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialization in Public International Law. Before joining Quipu, he worked as Legal Adviser at the National Directorate of International Legal Affairs within Argentina’s Secretariat for Human Rights. He has also provided translation services for international and civil society organizations. In 2025, he was part of the UBA team that represented Argentina at the 2024 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
