Lucas provides regulatory tracking and legal assistance on trade and public policy projects.
Prior to joining Quipu, Lucas worked as legal advisor at the National Directorate of International Legal Affairs of the National Secretariat of Human Rights. He has also provided translation services to international organizations and NGOs.

Lucas is an advanced student of international law at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2022 he was selected for a university exchange at New York University and represented the University of Buenos Aires team in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2024.
