Victoria García Labari
Senior Specialist - Public Affairs

Victoria holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Universidad del Salvador) with honors.

She has professional experience working in government affairs and consulting. She has a solid foundation in public policy research & analysis, and experience engaging with policymakers and international stakeholders.

Previously, she worked as Operational Manager at the Undersecretariat of International Relations of Buenos Aires City Government, where she contributed to the development of the international positioning strategy of BA city.

Also, she has experience in the legislative arena: she worked at the National Congress of Argentina, providing strategic advice to a National Senator -former Deputy-, drafting bills, and conducting legislative analysis.

Victoria’s previous professional experience includes consulting for foreign and local clients. As a Public Opinion Analyst, she performed research on national topics and employed quantitative and qualitative research tools for diverse projects.

She is a recipient of a Fulbright Commission’s scholarship -”International Seminar for Young Leaders of Argentina”- a program that took place at the University of Massachusetts (USA)
